Ballet / Tap

Ballet promotes physical strength, agility and posture, it can boost concentration, develops an understanding of music and rhythm and generates a love of movement.

Tap dance promotes rhythmic creativity, after learning the basic steps, tap dancers find their own rhythms, developing co-ordination and balance.

These classes follow the Associated Board of Dance regulations. As a fully qualified ABD examiner, Miss Sinéad encourages pupils to take annual grade exams in these subjects.
